We collect the minimum needed to produce and deliver your video, and nothing more.
What we collect
Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and avatar. The answers to your brief, the files you upload (logo, screenshots) and the screenshots we capture from the URL you provide. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.
Why
To create your account, take your payment, produce your video, send you previews and delivery emails, and answer your revision requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Stripe (payment), Anthropic (script generation from your brief), ElevenLabs (voice-over synthesis), Resend (transactional email) and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its task. Your brief is sent to the AI providers to write the script and the voice lines; under our agreements it is not used to train their models.
How long
Your account, orders and delivered videos are kept as long as your account exists, so you can download your files again. Uploaded files and intermediate renders are deleted 12 months after delivery. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to legal@launchreel.so. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both essential: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a “locale” cookie that remembers your language. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
