Hosting

The website is hosted by [hosting provider]. Files you upload and the videos we produce are stored on infrastructure located in the European Union.

The service

Launchreel produces short motion-design launch videos from a guided brief. The script, voice-over, music and animation are generated by our engine, and rendered automatically; a member of our team can step in on any order. Prices, durations, options and included revisions are the ones displayed in the configurator at the time of the order.

Orders and payment

Orders are paid in full, one time, through Stripe Checkout. Prices are in US dollars, excluding any taxes that may apply in your country. Your account is created with the email address used at payment; the brief opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Delivery and revisions

The indicative time is about 15 minutes after the brief is submitted. It is an estimate, not a contractual deadline: it can take longer if the brief is incomplete, if several languages are ordered, or during peak load.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You may cancel and obtain a full refund at any time before submitting the brief. Once the brief is submitted, production starts and the order can no longer be refunded; we will keep revising the video within the included quota until it matches your brief.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights on the material you provide (logo, screenshots, texts). Once the order is paid and delivered, you own the delivered videos with full commercial rights, without attribution or watermark. The engine, its templates and its animations remain our property.
