Questions, answered.
How long does delivery take?
About 15 minutes after you submit the brief: the preview arrives in about 5 minutes, then the 4K and 1080p files. Each extra language adds around 5 minutes. If we need something from you, a missing screen, an unclear answer, we email you right away.
What if I don't like the result?
Revisions are included, 1 with Starter, 3 with Launch. Describe the change in plain language from your client space (“make the second scene shorter”, “say ‘teams’ instead of ‘users’”). We regenerate, re-check and send a new preview. Extra revisions are $29 each.
Which languages do you support?
12 languages, each with a native voice-over: english, french, spanish, german, italian, portuguese, dutch, polish, swedish, japanese, korean, chinese. Every extra language is a full video, translated copy, native voice, validated on its own.
What do you need from me?
Twelve minutes and your product URL. The guided brief asks for the problem you solve, your key action, 3 to 7 benefits, one color and a logo. We capture your screens automatically from your URL, or you upload them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, at any point before you submit the brief. After submission, production starts and the order can't be refunded, but we keep revising within your included quota until the video matches your brief.
Who owns the video?
You do. Full commercial rights, no attribution, no watermark, for every format and language you ordered.
